If I have tan skin and brown eyes, will black hair with blonde and brown streaks/highlights look bad?

I have tan colored skin, black hair, and brown eyes. Would small blonde and brown streaks all over my hair except underneath look weird?





Any suggestions or different color I should do to my hair?

yes no offense but it will look like 90s sweater, lol. believe me, don't do that. but the other girl is right, maroon, that would look pretty cool.
No I think that it would look really cute. I once did a big blonde chunk in the front and chunks underneath the top that was super cute. I had black hair.
