yup, it happened with my bleached hair and pink highlights.


i guess your suppose to wait for the coloring a day or two afterwards. and put a bit of dye in your shampoo
Yes, what it means is that your hair is very porous. The hair shaft is not smooth. This may be from having very dry hair or bleached hair. Use a very good conditioner for a week to smooth out you hair and try again in a week or two, but only when your hair feels softer. If you have bleached hair it will take longer. Over use of colour will dry you hair out too so not recommended to colour too many times in a short period. Best of luck.
