id go with blonde streaks/ high lights.. or id go with under red peek- a-boos... the red would be sassy and the blonde high lights would turn heads
2-3 shades lighter brown.
I think copper colored highlights would look really good on you!! : )
dont do blonde because it will make it look kinda orange and thats tacky! Your hair is dark so go like 3 shades lighter.
