If you are wearing a longer style of hair then you shouldn't make it look all perfect. If your hair comes below your ears then you should keep it sort of messy and surfer/skater like. If you want to have it look like something from GQ then you should cut it before you get highlights or you may just end up confusing girls with what sexual orientation you belong to :)
please don't do it, you'll just ruin you're hair. I really doubt that girls like boys with dyed hair, especially with highlights. I mean I wouldn't advise you to do it. But hey, in the end it's all up to you
i say dont because then people will think our another fake blond so i say keep it the way it is maybe instead add a dark brown highlights or cooper brown
