You wouldn't notice much of a difference at all. it only lightens hair slightly, and since black hair is the hardest to lighten, you'll end up with minimal to no results.Does the lemon juice highlighting thing work for black hair?

I doubt it,it might actually turn your hair a strange color,i suggest dye. Lemon juice would only work well on light brunettes/blondes. good luck!
