Hair highlighting questions?

I have a medium brown hair color with some natural dark blonde/light brown highlights. I'm thinking about getting my hair highlighted with lighter blonde highlights. Does anyone have any pictures/advice? and since i've heard this might dry out my hair, what is the best kind of leave-in conditioner to use? And how much does this normally cost?Hair highlighting questions?
leave in conditioners are really cheap u dont need the expencive stuff for it to work i use either pantene or aussie and i color my hair every couple months so it works for meHair highlighting questions?
im a cosmo student and people fry there hair all the time at school, a lot of students use joico k-pak reconstructor or the paul mitchell strenght conditioning treatment. they both work pretty good.
