well, any color for your hair is bad and can damage the roots and hair, and even make it break! If you have never done it before I suggest talking to a friend to see if they have and if they can help you! and if you have extra money, some salons will put it in for you and not charge you that much! that way you can ensure that it is done professionally! (some of them cannot gurantee it will work b/c it is not thier product) and as far as doing it once or twice...within how long of a period...within a week or month...then HECK NO! but every 3 months or so then yes...just make sure the color is faded away before you do it again b/c it will add twice as much damage to your hair!
