you cant wash out blonde highlights. Blonde is when you strip the pigment from the hair shaft, whereas darker colours are deposited into the hair shaft. You either have to grow them out of start all over again by redying your hair close to your natural colour.What's a fast way to wash highlights out of your hair?
lolites or a semi-permanent color.
remember to use one or 2 shades lighter than you think you'll need.
the contrast between the 'light' it is now and the 'dark' it will be will be drastic/dramatic if it goes over 3 levels darker.
paint thinner. but why would you want to? highlights are hot!
