i have naturally dark blonde hair however i used to have blonde highlights then i put dark brown over it but i really want to go blonde again would it be ok to do that or would it go ginger or green?If i put blonde highlights on blonde hair would it turn out ok?
i would just go to the hair dresses and have it done. they will slowly get it to the colour you want it. if the blonde looks abit yellowy/orange use plenty of toners.If i put blonde highlights on blonde hair would it turn out ok?
as long as you do it professionally it should turn out really nice. Blonde on Blonde usually looks good!

It should be fine, if it goes orangey yellow putting a toner on top will cancel the orangey colours and leave it a light blonde
