How long do you have to wait to dye your hair after highlighting it?
i think about a day or twomyspace.com quizzes
I have medium brown hair with caramel highlights, and I'm planning to bleach it and use a medium blonde toner
to make it a pretty blonde that'll match my tanned skin and green eyes. Is this a good idea? The hair salon charges way too much and I just dished out a ton of cash for a tattoo. Should I maybe just bleach the brown parts instead of my whole head so the highlighted parts don't get ruined?I have medium brown hair with caramel highlights, and I'm planning to bleach it and use a medium blonde toner
DON';T bleach your hair, it'll destroy it and you'll just need to shell out more money to get it repaired. Just wait for a while and get it professionally done at a salon, that way you can't get it totally screwed up. And brown hair looks good with green eyes. Besides, you don't want a beachy blonde color since it's winter, that would be rather pointless. Just stick with what you've got.I have medium brown hair with caramel highlights, and I'm planning to bleach it and use a medium blonde toner
as u have tanned skin and green eyes i think that medium blonde will be perfect 4 u. but u could also bleach the brown parts for the moment and when u have enough money to do this your whole head.
Blonde hair is for summer time dontt dye it now! save your money and dont fry your hair trust me it sux and take forever to really repair.
dont bleach your hair.
I was going to do the same thing, and after looking into it, decided not to. After checking with a lot of salons, in my opinion the best solution I found was this: Don't bleach your hair. If you want to lighten it that much, get an allover foil of highlights. You can keep getting them done every few weeks as often as you want until you get the correct shade you want. Gradually lightening it is probably the easiest way to ensure that you get the shade you want and dpn't go way too blonde. And yes, it is probably more expensive in the long run than bleaching it in one shot, but it's worth it to keep your hair healthier. Also, with the highlighting, it is one procedure, while with bleaching, you have to pay for several procedures (bleaching, conditioning, coloring, and possibly highlights if you want).

I have dark brown hair, what colour highlights should i get (if any)?
I want them to stand out but not in a bad way and look really fake.I have dark brown hair, what colour highlights should i get (if any)?
try a carmel color.
ask your hairdresser what colors would suit your hair.I have dark brown hair, what colour highlights should i get (if any)?
DON'T DO IT!!!! Most people are born with the hair colour that suits them best, and brunette is so beautiful, don't cheapen it with highlights. If you want it to look natural, get out in the sun, otherwise, leave your hair alone to be beautiful without interference.
A honey/caramel colour, don't go for a light blonde, it'll look to harsh against your dark hair. Why not put a reddish colour through, that will look nice.
honey brown could look nice
but ask your hairdresser for advice? - its part of there job to know, plus then they can see it with your skin tone and give you sample coulors of what it would be like
a honey brown or like a dirty blonde

I would suggest you use a light bleach.
It will look more natural, since it's the same shade as your hair, just a lighter tone.
:]
I also have dark brown hair, I had carmel highlights put in and they look GREAT! Very natural...
Carmel....my best freind has them and they look 100 perent natural and shes georgeous.
caramel, i think that would look amazing with your dark hair!!!!!

Did I dye my hair or get highlights?
I changed my hair a few shades lighter (My whole head, not streaks), did I dye it or get highlights.... Or is it the same? Did I dye my hair or get highlights?
if its your whole head, then its dyed...highlights a streaks that are typically a lighter shade and placed strategically in your hair...i'm assuming you may have did this yourself since you have no idea what is going on with your hairDid I dye my hair or get highlights?
You have successively dyed your hair. Now you will have to maintain it properly with deep conditions and protein treatments along with hot oil treatments so that your hair does not fall out.
you should know I mean you went to the salon and they did what you asked right? and if you did the whole head it dyed
you dyed it hilights is streaks of lighter hair lowlights is streaks of darker hair
uhmmmm...definitely dyed it, highlights are streaks of a lighter color..
