What color or highlights should i get for my dak brown hair?

i have dark brown hair and i was thinking about going darker but i want something very shiny that gives off a cool almost blue tone.What color or highlights should i get for my dak brown hair?
if your skin tone is warm you should get a warm highlight color and if its cool you would probably look beter with a cool highlight color.if you dont know if your warm or cool look at the veins in your arm if their blue then you have a cool tone if their green then your warm.i would suggest going only 2 or 3 shades lighter then your hair is now unless you want a more edgy look.then do whatever you like look at some hair mags and check out some styles you like. try to look at girls that have similar skin tone hair and eye color as you.then you know theyll look good on you too.good luckWhat color or highlights should i get for my dak brown hair?

colors that compliment brown very well are red, light brown, and orange. also, of you bleach it and then dye it blue it looks cool, but i would get dark red or burgundy just because it goes with brown the best. have fun

dark brown and dark black( dark black makes a blue tone) not to diff shade. brown and blonde make people look like skunks
I think you should get lighter brown highlights or get lowlights!
