I have naturally dark blonde/brown hair and I want to be blonde so I get highlights done. If I were you I would call up a salon and find out about their highlighting rates. Just to warn you, it can be pretty pricey. I am 13 and luckily my parents pay for mine. I wouldn't do your highlights yourself at home, go to a salon for the best results! : )
well im in the same situation . im naturally blonde. but i died it black and now blonde w/ highlights i dont really like it cause is like orange now. so be carefull
