It depends on the place you go to. And the length of your hair. My hair was medium length and it cost me 拢35 for exactly the same thing. My sisters hair is a lil shorter than mine and hers cost 拢28. So you may have been riped of depending on the place you went to and if your happy with the results that amount should be ok.
